is expanding its team and is looking for an EU Funds Reporting Expert to support our entrepreneurship, digitalization, and innovation projects, implemented at both local and European levels.

Location: Brașov / Bucharest / hybrid

Your role

You will play a key role in the administrative management and technical reporting of projects funded through European and other non-reimbursable funds, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and applicable regulations.


What you’ll do
  • Prepare technical reports for grant-funded projects
  • Monitor the implementation of activities and agreed performance indicators
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement, payment, and pre-financing requests
  • Work with contractual documentation (Financing Agreements, addenda, guidelines)
  • Collaborate with project managers and the financial team
  • Manage relationships with funding authorities and partners
  • Ensure proper archiving and ongoing updates of project documentation

What we’re looking for
  • Completed higher education (economics, administration, law, or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EU-funded or grant-funded projects
  • Experience in technical and/or financial reporting
  • Knowledge of programs such as POCU, POC, POR, Horizon Europe, or similar
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, reporting platforms such as MySMIS)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Your role

As a VC Analyst, you’ll work closely with fund managers and ICEBERG+ partners across the full investment cycle—from sourcing and analysis to portfolio monitoring and reporting.

This is a hands-on role, offering real exposure to investment decisions and direct interaction with founders.


What you’ll do
  • Identify and analyze startups and investment opportunities (pitch decks, business plans, demos)
  • Actively participate in the due diligence process (market, business model, team, product, financials)
  • Build financial analyses, projections, and investment memos
  • Prepare materials for investment committees
  • Monitor portfolio company performance
  • Contribute to reporting for investors and public authorities

Minimum qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Your role

ICEBERG+ is hiring a Technical Building Coordinator (part-time) to manage the technical operations of CATTIA – the Business, Technology Transfer and Business Incubator Center in Brașov.

CATTIA is a lively space with daily office activity, meetings, and events. We’re looking for a practical, organized person who ensures everything works properly, safely, and efficiently.

Brașov | Part-time – 2 hours/day

Your role

You’ll be responsible for the smooth technical operation of the building, stepping in directly or coordinating external suppliers so that CATTIA remains a safe, functional, and welcoming space for the community.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and manage the technical condition of the building
  • Oversee utilities and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC – coordination and checks)
  • Identify and manage maintenance and repair needs
  • Work with suppliers, maintenance, and service providers
  • Supervise specific technical works as needed
  • Ensure safety and operational standards are met
  • Communicate regularly with the ICEBERG+ team on priorities and interventions
