We build around — people, partners, and platforms

Some solutions don’t scale on their own.
They need users, alliances, systems, and support structures.

The Offer

HOW WE CAN HELP

Digital Innovation Hubs

01

European infrastructure. Delivered locally.

We coordinate and deliver digital transformation support through European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), serving both companies and public institutions. Through FIT EDIH (as coordinator) and as a partner in DIZ and CityInnoHub, we offer access to advanced infrastructure, technical expertise, and funding guidance.

  • Test before you invest – pilot digital solutions before scaling, reducing risks and validating results early.
  • Skills & training – hands-on learning for teams in AI, Industry 4.0, smart cities, and digital public services.
  • Access to funding – guidance and support in securing EU and national funding for digitalisation.

Consortium and Partnerships

02

Ecosystems in motion

We build and manage cross-border collaborations that bring together public and private actors around shared challenges. From EU consortia to national alliances, we help shape joint agendas, coordinate partners, and turn concepts into funded, operational projects.

  • Aligned goals and clear, actionable plans
  • Strong consortia for European and international calls
  • Coordination across operations, communication, and impact

Our experience includes projects like Citiverse, Coalition, and MetaVET, where we work at the intersection of emerging tech, inclusive innovation, and applied research.

European Networks

03

Romania Plugged in to European networks

We support organisations in growing across borders by connecting them to Europe’s largest innovation networks.

As the Romanian contact point for the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), we help companies find partners, technologies, and business opportunities beyond the national market.

Our role also extends to the European Institute of Innovation and Technology – EIT. We coordinate the Romanian hubs for EIT Manufacturing and EIT Urban Mobility, and starting 2025, we lead the EIT Community Hub Romania, covering all EIT domains — from health and energy to food, climate, raw materials, creative industries and digital.

  • Access to EU-wide innovation and business communities
  • Support for joining EIT calls, programs, and partnerships
  • Guidance tailored to each organisation’s growth priorities
  • A fast track to new markets, technologies, and funding instruments

Local and Regional Development

04

Meaningful innovation starts close to home

We work with local and regional institutions to design and implement strategies for smart, inclusive, and sustainable development.

With strong roots in Brașov and the Centru Region, we support authorities in shaping agendas, accessing funding, advancing regional competitiveness and smart specialisation, supporting urban transformation and innovation planning, fostering integrated development at metropolitan level

  • Co-create strategies for digital, green, and resilient growth
  • Unlock and manage EU and national funding
  • Pilot smart city and citizen-driven solutions
  • Connect public institutions with private partners

Frequently
Answerd Questions

What do you mean by “ecosystem building”?

We support the creation of systems around a solution — involving users, partners, platforms, and services that enable long-term growth and adoption. It’s about more than launching a product; it’s about making it stick and scale.

Who can work with you in ecosystem projects?

We collaborate with startups, SMEs, corporates, municipalities, universities, and NGOs — in local, national, and European contexts. Each collaboration is shaped around a shared goal and complementary roles.

Do you only work in tech sectors?

We assist in identifying relevant EU funding opportunities, guide you through the application process, and help secure partnerships that unlock additional resources to support your projects.

How are you involved in European networks?

We coordinate or participate in multiple European innovation frameworks — including EIT Hubs, EEN, and EDIHs — and help organisations connect to calls, partners, and programs across the EU.

Can you help us set up a consortium for a funding call?

Yes. We help define the concept, identify and onboard partners, structure the work plan, and write the proposal — including budget, roles, and governance.

Do you also work on local development projects?

Yes. We support regional and city-level strategies through collaboration with authorities and agencies. We also pilot projects locally and help scale them nationally or internationally.
