Solution
Iceberg+
led the entrepreneurial training and personalized business support, designing a journey that combined capacity-building, practical consulting, and access to capital.
17 student-led businesses were launched under the INNOTECH Student scheme, each backed by Iceberg+’s methodology.

Impact
The program sparked over 70 jobs, launched 17 startups, and activated a mindset shift among 360+ students—creating not just businesses, but a new wave of local innovation leaders.
