From Implementation to Strategic Consolidation: Central Region Prepares the Next Phase of Digital Transformation Investment (2026–2029)
On March 19, 2026, at CATTIA Brașov, representatives from DG REGIO, Romania's Ministry of Investments and European Projects, the Authority for Romania's Digitalization, the Centru Regional Development Agency, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), the National Coordinating Centre for Cybersecurity (NCC-RO), and the National R&D Institute for Informatics ICI Bucharest (coordinators of AI Factory Romania) will convene at the FIT EDIH Future-Ready conference — to assess the impact of digitalization programs implemented in the region and map out the strategic direction for 2026–2029.
